1. Terms & Conditions

⚠ All products sold on BrightCub are digital. No physical goods are sold, stored, or shipped.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from BrightCub at brightcub.fun you agree to these Terms, governed by the Information Technology Act 2000 and Consumer Protection Act 2019.

1.2 Digital Products Only

BrightCub exclusively sells digital products — PDF eBooks, printable coloring books, digital storybooks, worksheets, and streamed video content. No physical product of any kind is sold, manufactured, stored, or dispatched.

1.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. Content is for children aged 2–10 under adult supervision.

1.4 Payment Terms

All prices in INR inclusive of applicable GST.
Payments processed securely via Razorpay. Card/UPI credentials never stored by us.

1.5 Delivery

Access delivered via email download link or account dashboard. Typically instant, up to 24 hours maximum.

1.6 Licence

A non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence is granted. You may not resell, redistribute, or use for commercial purposes without written consent.

1.7 Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts. Consumers may approach NCDRC at consumerhelpline.gov.in.

2. Privacy Policy

🔒 Compliant with Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and IT Rules 2011.

2.1 Information We Collect

Personal Info: Name, email, phone at registration or checkout.
Payment Info: Transaction IDs only. Card/UPI details processed by Razorpay — never stored by us.
Usage Data: Pages visited, downloads, device type, IP address.

2.2 How We Use It

To process orders and deliver purchased digital products.
To send order confirmations and download links via email.
To comply with legal obligations under Indian law.

2.3 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share with Razorpay for payment processing and legal authorities if required by Indian law.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

⛔ NO REFUND POLICY: All digital product sales are final once the download link is delivered or content accessed.

3.1 No Refund — Digital Products

As permitted under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link is delivered or content accessed.

3.2 Exceptions

Download link broken or expired and file not received.
Payment deducted but no link received within 24 hours.
Wrong product delivered due to our technical error.
File corrupt or cannot be opened on standard devices.

Email support@brightcub.fun within 7 days of purchase with your order ID.

3.3 Duplicate Charges

If charged more than once due to a payment gateway error, contact us immediately. We will refund any duplicate charge within 7–10 business days.

3.4 Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. You may also approach consumerhelpline.gov.in.
